How we work
Here at MarketAxess, we get things done by following the Agile framework. What does this look like in practice? Our dedicated scrum teams are assigned to different product areas or features of our trading platform—think municipal bonds, for example.
Within each scrum team, you’ll find a mix of 5 – 7 engineers, a scrum master, a product manager and product associate, 1 – 2 quality assurance team members, and even a representative from sales. As we think about the full picture of delivering a great experience for clients, our setup allows scrum teams to have total ownership and autonomy over the build cycle. Talk about a win-win for all.
