We are connected to the leading Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) in securities lending, Next Generation Trading (NGT), through our joint venture with EquiLend.

Unique Transaction Identifier (UTI) generation

UTI’s generated on-venue (such as EquiLend’s NGT) at the point of trade can be sent to MarketAxess SFTR Report service. When generated off-venue, these can also be incorporated and reported.

Matching

Your trades can be matched via MarketAxess Repo Match, EquiLend’s Unified Comparison or any other contract compare provider and sent to our SFTR Report service for better data quality.

We have developed a UTI Portal for the sharing of key SFTR data, such as UTI, regardless of source generation. Counterparties can share UTI’s across our portal no matter what solution they choose for reporting trades under SFTR.
